Posting Guides for New Social Communicators

We developed a toolkit to be provided to new social communicators who join the City and need guidance on how the City uses its social media platforms. These one-pagers were designed to serve as a short introduction to the platforms for departments in which someone who is not trained in social manages the department accounts.
